These terms govern your use of Saroya.ai. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine - just don't use the service. We update these terms occasionally, and the "Last updated" date at the top tells you when something changed.
Saroya.ai lets creators build their own "Digital Mind" - basically an AI version of yourself trained on your knowledge, content, and how you communicate. You upload stuff (documents, videos, audio, text), we train an AI on it, and then people can chat with your Digital Mind.
The platform handles content ingestion from multiple sources, AI training, multi-platform deployment (web, mobile apps, Discord, WhatsApp), payments, and analytics.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use Saroya.ai. You also need to be legally allowed to enter into contracts, which basically means if you're a minor or under some kind of legal guardianship, you can't use our service without proper authorization.
When you create an account, the information you provide needs to be accurate. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens on your account.
Here's what we expect from you as a user:
Don't do this: Don't create Digital Minds that impersonate real people without their permission. Don't use Saroya.ai to give legal or medical advice unless you're actually qualified to do so. Don't spam people, don't harass anyone, and don't break the law. We'll terminate accounts that do this stuff.
Saroya.ai offers different subscription plans. Fees are charged monthly or annually depending on what you choose. We process payments through Dodo Payments, which handles all the actual card stuff securely.
Subscriptions auto-renew by default. If you want to cancel, you can do that from your account settings anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - we don't do partial refunds for unused time.
Generally speaking, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If we change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days notice.
This part's important: you own everything you upload. The documents, videos, audio, the trained AI model, the responses it generates - it's all yours. We don't claim any ownership over your content or your trained model.
We don't use your training data to train Digital Minds for other creators. Each AI is trained in complete isolation. You give us a license to use your content only to the extent necessary to provide the service to you - nothing more.
You're responsible for what your Digital Mind says and does. Saroya.ai isn't liable for the advice it gives, the recommendations it makes, or what happens when people follow that advice.
Important: A Digital Mind is an AI tool, not a human professional. For medical, legal, financial, or other serious matters, people should consult actual qualified professionals, not an AI.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or do anything fraudulent. We also might terminate accounts that haven't been used in 12+ months.
If your account is terminated, we might delete your data within 30 days. If you want your data back, ask us before we delete it.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Saroya.ai isn't liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business losses. Service interruptions happen, bugs occur, and AI isn't perfect.
Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before whatever happened, happened.
You agree to indemnify Saroya.ai if someone sues us because of something you did on the platform, content you uploaded, or how you used (or misused) the service. This basically means if you cause legal trouble, you're responsible for the costs.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana. That said, we'd prefer to resolve issues informally before things get to that point - just reach out to us.
