This privacy policy explains how Saroya.ai collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform. Please read through it carefully, and reach out if you have questions.
When you sign up for Saroya.ai, we collect some basic information to create your account - things like your name, email address, and profile picture if you choose to add one. This is standard stuff that lets us identify you and keep your account secure.
The content you upload to train your Digital Mind - documents, videos, audio files, whatever - that's all yours. We store it securely so we can train your AI, but we don't mix it with anyone else's data. More on that in a bit.
We also collect some technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, how you use the platform, which features you use most. This helps us fix bugs and improve things. The cookies we use are covered in our separate Cookie Policy if you want the technical details.
The main reason we collect your information is simply to make the product work. We need your email to send you login links and payment confirmations. We need your uploaded content to train your Digital Mind. We need usage data to know which features people actually use so we can focus on improving those.
Payments are handled through Dodo Payments, which means we don't actually see or store your full card details - that's all processed securely on their end following PCI DSS standards.
Here's something important: we NEVER use your training data to train Digital Minds for other creators. Your content is used only for YOUR AI. Each Digital Mind is trained in complete isolation. Your knowledge, your expertise, your voice - it stays yours.
We don't sell your data. Period. Not to advertisers, not to other companies, not to anyone.
There are a few limited cases where we might share information with third parties:
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted both when it's stored (at rest) and when it's being transferred (in transit) using AES-256 encryption. Our hosting runs in ISO 27001 certified data centers with proper access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
That said, no system connected to the internet is 100% secure. We do our best, but you should also use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.
Your account information stays on our servers as long as your account is active. The content you upload to train your Digital Mind is kept until you delete it or ask us to remove it. Payment records we have to keep longer - around 7 years - for tax and legal compliance reasons.
Analytics data gets anonymized after about 24 months, meaning we strip out anything that could identify you personally.

Saroya.ai isn't for children under 16. If we find out we've accidentally collected information from someone under 16, we'll delete it immediately.
Our servers are primarily in India, but your data might be processed or stored in other countries. We make sure appropriate protections are in place regardless of where your data ends up.
