Delete Your Saroya AI Account

Saroya AI users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Saroya AI app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Profile.
  4. Open Privacy & Security.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion request.

After confirmation, Saroya AI will process deletion of your account and associated profile data.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to access your Saroya AI account, you can request account deletion by contacting support at [email protected].

Please include the email address or phone number linked to your Saroya AI account so we can verify and process the request.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, Saroya AI deletes or de-identifies data associated with your account, including:

  • Account profile information, such as name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, role, and onboarding details.
  • User and creator profile information.
  • Chat history and conversation content associated with the account.
  • Uploaded profile images, documents, and other files associated with the account, where applicable.
  • Notification preferences and device push notification subscriptions.
  • Creator profile, avatar, training, and public profile data associated with the account, where applicable.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, payment processing, or regulatory reasons. This may include:

  • Payment transaction records.
  • Purchase history and invoice-related information.
  • Records required for creator payouts.
  • Bank or payout verification records where retention is required by law or payment partners.
  • Logs needed to detect abuse, prevent fraud, or maintain platform security.

Retention period

Saroya AI processes account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some backup copies, logs, payment records, or legally required records may be retained for up to 90 days, or longer where required by law, payment processors, tax rules, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Partial data deletion

Users may also request deletion of some profile data without deleting their full account by contacting support at [email protected].
